A true local success story, local entrepreneur Rosco Twilligear talks to Guamology about humble upbringings and how his Chamorro values helped to build his successful business, Sea Runner Marine. He talks about the dedication and commitment that expanded his business from one to four boats in under 2 years.

A simple formula of discipline and focus, he spills his opinions about the key ingredients, both personally and professionally, that make up a strong business mentality in such a crazy economic entity such as Guam. A military man for almost twenty years, he also gives some sound advice to the future military personnel coming to Guam for the buildup and the economic state of tourism on Guam.

    Congrats on the fleet Rosco! last time I saw you, we were fishing on your boat and I was about to muta, cause I was drunk and just went with you guys last minute. lol
