P90X Chelu Challenge – Day 1

Hoi! Where do I start? Well it’s only been a little over a year since I got back home to Guam and I already gained somewhere around 20lbs! CRAZY! With all my responsibilities as a new father and small business owner I haven’t had the time for anything else. I am however, eager to get back into shape but can’t afford to get a gym membership, so I thought it was a good idea to dust off my P90X DVD set and make the commitment to finally take the challenge.

I’ll be posting progress report videos every week, so feel free to give me some words of encouragement. Saying no to rice is hard work and I can sure use all the help I can get! See you next week! Hopefully a few pounds lighter. Shoots!

    Haha! I think the 20lbs. is in hair…. I’ve had the P90X for a while now and still haven’t used it. Maybe I’ll start the challenge too. Especially cause winter is coming around and we usaully stay inside. We’ll lets see some progress.
