The Guam Music Festival, Vol. 1

On Saturday, December 12th, We The People, Inc. will be presenting the Guam Music Festival, Vol. 1 featuring Reggae Royalty - Ky-Mani Marley and Hawaii’s Ooklah the Moc. Also highlighting the event are local bands, vendors from Chamorro Village, rides/jumpers for kids, and a voter registration drive.
